This is from one of the 3 Salsa making nights I had.
All the ingredients chopped and ready to cook.
All cooked and ready to put in the bottles and process. Still lots to do before bed. Yawn.
The finished product. Now I just have to wait for that lovely popping sound to know they have sealed.
Notice the time. Not an early night for this old woman but the end product is YUMMY!
YUMMY! u need to teach me! i am not a patient learner though...i often destory things with spatulas when i get frustrated:( lol
